Endacho Healing Society is seeking a Project Director to help bring a first-of-its-kind Trauma Healing Lodge to life in the Northwest Territories.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, resourceful leader to play a central role in advancing a much needed healing resource for northern communities.

The role combines strategic leadership, partnership development, funding and organizational management with the hands-on work needed to move an ambitious project forward.

We are looking for someone who brings strong leadership, sound judgment, cultural humility and the ability to turn ideas into action. Experience working with Indigenous governments, organizations or communities is particularly important, and northern experience is a strong asset.
